What a shame if the customer reached the point of buying from you only to find they lost interest due to a complicated or malfunctioning website. Keep it simple is a motto that would serve you well when having your website constructed in the first place.
This is not to say your website cannot be attractive. First impression do mean a lot and when visitors see a website that looks unprofessional, they may not stay very long. That said, functionality and user-friendliness are far more important if you want to bring in paying customers.
A business website can be a valuable tool in promoting and expanding your business when it is easy to navigate. To get the best out of it, make sure it is one the customer will enjoy using and consider this element as of greater importance than how it might look.
